Cairn Community games commissioned me to create a large outdoor floor mural to help encourage children across Ireland to get involved in the national games including sporting and creative activities. I ran a workshop with the children from the area, which inspired the piece and then the local community brought the mural to life at Seven Mills celebrating togetherness and inclusion. Empowering young people and fostering friendship and connection within the community.
The piece was made from large cut out and painted cotton canvas placed on a large green area at the newly built Seven Mills housing development.
